Transfers
Nobody should land in an unfamiliar airport and haggle for a taxi. We arrange your transfer from touchdown to the hotel door, private or shared, with flight tracking in case you are delayed.
Car rental
We book your car abroad with the right category, insurance and deposit. We explain what each coverage actually includes before you reach the counter — which is where the extra charges usually show up.
Travel insurance
Travel insurance is cheap and it prevents an unpayable medical bill abroad. We issue policies covering medical care, cancellation, lost baggage and delays — including the ones consulates require for a Schengen visa.
Cruises
We work only with Norwegian Cruise Line: Freestyle Cruising, no fixed dinner times or formal dress code, and routes across the Caribbean, Bahamas, Alaska and Europe. We also arrange the flights to the embarkation port and the night-before hotel, which you almost always need.

Do you charge for a quote?
No. Quotes are free with no obligation. You only pay once you decide to book and we confirm availability and the final price.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, deposits, and credit or debit cards. For extended financing options, ask which banks are available when you book.
Is booking with a tour operator more expensive than booking online?
Almost never. We work with airline and wholesaler fares, and often access options that do not appear on public search engines. We also compare routes and conditions so you can choose clearly.
Can I change or cancel my ticket?
It depends on the fare you bought. Before ticketing we always explain what your ticket allows: whether changes are permitted, the penalty, and whether it is refundable. If you need flexibility, we can offer fares that include it.
Do I need a visa for my destination?
It depends on your nationality and destination. We advise you on the requirements and issue the travel insurance consulates ask for, but the visa application itself is submitted by each traveller at the relevant embassy.
